20 Years of Tears Tour: Hawthorne Heights & Thursday with Anberlin, Armor for Sleep, Emery, and This Wild Life Tickets | Fargo, ND | Outdoors at Fargo Brewing Company, Fargo ND
I’m hoping they can write stronger material this time around now that they’ve dusted off the cobwebs so to speak. Would also be nice if the entire band was involved in the recording too.
I don't think Rain Museum gets enough respect, it was good, promising, just too similar and not as good as What To Do When You're Dead. I think they need to be a bit more passionate and even darker on this one. I'm ready.
Aside from How Far Apart and Whatever Who Cares? There’s nothing I ever return back to from The Rain Museum and I would honestly rank it last in their discography. They need to get more atmospheric and bring back some more memorable guitar parts with more passionate vocals too. I know our vocals change over time but Ben sounded bored to me on Rain ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Dude those are the same two songs that I go back to and that’s it. We have similar ears. I was bummed they didn’t play either of them when I saw them last month. But I’m seeing them again next month so maybe they’ll play one of them then
haha hell yeah *air five* I’m assuming you saw them on their tour with Bayside and Finch right? If so, I went to the same tour lol Pretty telling how little they play from that album. Hopefully, they drop something special next year!
I need to revisit it. I turned it on the day it was released, but sounded very bland. Never got through it. Smile For The Cameras was even more enjoyable upon first listen
This thread had me dumping WDTWYAD all weekend. My lady was like, how do you know every word to this album? What a great record from two decades ago that still holds up. Also, happy 21st to DTMB.
