I guess I can get behind that track. It's funky and mostly well written. This band is convinced that vaguely political and in your face is the best way to write a pump up jam, I just wish they'd give us a track now and then that felt subtle and poignant like their best songs used to
I really really love this record. There are some classic sounding Arkells tracks on here while still pushing forward. Wasn't huge on "Relentless" and "People's Champ" at first but I've come around to all of them. "Saturday Night" is a JAM.
Yeah there are a lot of tracks on that list I'd love to hear acoustically One can only hope this is a move closer to their roots? Their sound has seriously lost me the past few years Still a great live band though
this acoustic album is pretty nice. It's long and all kinda runs together, but it's a chill vibe that works well for them
Love Pub Crawls. Its them at their best... big singalong chorus with fun lyrics, nice mix of keyboards, and doesn't try too hard.
