This album is really everything I wanted it to be.

 

In my first listen now, and I'm trying to figure out what song Into You's "a little less conversation and a little more touch my body" is reminding me of. And it's not Elvis's "A Little Less Conversation." For some reason, I think it's Fall Out Boy. Any ideas?

Holy shit, this exceeded all my expectations. Are I Don't Care or Bad Decisions bonus tracks? cause those are both incredible. Sometimes is the only one I'm not into right away.

Easily her best album, gonna be fun jams all summer. Playing again right away.

 

I don't care is the last track on the basic album. Everything after is a bonus track.

 

Touch It is by far the standout on this album. Holy shit it's infectious.

Something about that fuzzy electronic bass in "Into You" feels just soooo good to my ears.

 

This is by far her best album. Her first album only has like 4 songs I come back to, the second album was a step up but there were still several tracks that were misses. This album has 14 great tracks and the only one I'd take off is Side by Side.

The bridge of "Sometimes" where she goes all Imogen Heap is probably my favorite part of the album, I honestly wish the whole song was like that.

 

Loving this.

 

this is definitely her first mostly consistently good album

 

Legit laughing at and sad for people who dump on My Everything.

 

if every single guest on my everything besides ferg was swapped out it would be substantially easier to listen to front to back

 

I liked Sometimes on second listen, fuck with the whole album, very satisfied with this as a complete album.

 

"Be My Baby" is the only song I really go back to from My Everything, but I think as a whole album it's way more consistent than her first album. Kinda hate the Weeknd feature but I've lost almost all interest in his music the past couple of years.

 

"Why Try" is my favorite off My Everything.

 

Pretty surprised this album has a song called "Thinkin Bout You" that is NOT her Frank Ocean cover tbh.
