"Anyways" is one of my favourite songs by these lads, like ever

 

this band has the best b-sides

 

great b side band. “you and i” and “electricity” are two of my faves

 

the afternoon’s hat is probably my favorite

 

Humbug b-sides were truly ridiculous. the bridge of "Joining the Dots" >>>>>>>>>>>

 

All those b-sides are gold! My favorite are Fright Lined Dining Room, Evil Twin and Plastic Tramp.

 

Jammed Humbug for the first time in a while last weekend. Albums a lot better than I remember. Some absolute jams, and great lyrics.

 

Also I forgot how much Homme is on the record.

 

suck it and see too. he left a big imprint on them.

 

Not sure if it's a b-side but I've always really loved "Leave Before the Lights Come On"

I was listening to the last shadow puppets last night and thinking about how lucky I feel that I got to see them. Even saw Radiohead the same day!

 

the first album is so so good that it convinces me to like the second album despite my better judgment

Sweet Dreams, TN is one of my favorite Alex Turner songs period

 

I love their second record so much. Pattern is the jam.

This album is a master class in melodic bass. Did Alex write those parts?

 

he has the sole writing credit on every song but idk if that extends to arrangement. either way, he plays bass on tracks 4-10

 

nick is one of my favorite bassists ever but, yeah, those lines are very alex. totally distinct

 

That’s insane. Just realizing how much of the melody they carry on this. Too much talent for one human.
