I really enjoyed half of The Car but I do think it contains some bloat, which for a 10 track album is not a great sign. 'The Car' and 'Mr Schwartz' are just kind of dull songs to me.

I'd love for them to follow the 'Body Paint' formula a bit more. It felt like a natural mix of their recent albums in one song.

 

listening to The Last Shadow Puppets albums today and hoping we still get that third in the trilogy one day

reminds me of the clips that were going around of Alex completely changing the vocal lines to older songs live, which cracked me up

 

Not sorry for thread bump because it’s officially Suck It and See season and I’m in debate with myself on best bridge on the LP.

 

This is such a good episode holy hell

 

Arctic Monkeys are going to be my most played artist of the year because I listened to them heavily while training for my first marathon this year. Great running music.

That's Where You're Wrong is sunshine in audio form, just an absolutely perfect song

 

SIAS gives us not one but two 10/10 last tracks. So glad they didn’t hold one back from track list.
