A flawless album

 

Unreal that it’s been 15 years.

 

I’m not familiar with them but Neon Bible is perfect, so I gotta check that out.

 

A Giant Dog are criminally underrated. They rip.

 

Cool cover. Need to revisit Neon Bible. That was my entry point into this band back in the day.

 

Not familiar with A Giant Dog at all but they killed it. Their versions of The Well and the Lighthouse and Antichrist Television Blues absolutely rip

Also, been listening to Cars and Telephones a lot lately. I mean I know there’s not a ton to go off, but it might slot nicely in with the new album. Especially considering they started playing it love again towards the end of the Everything Now your. Would be cool to hear a new take, a la No Cars Go on Neon Bible.

This album became a ‘Like’ to a ‘Love’ for me after listening with the lyrics...Genius also has some great annotations (also some not great but overall it’s worth it)

 

Arguably my favorite album of all-time, but it took a few years to get there.

Started writing something about The Suburbs last night. Can't believe that album turns 10 on Sunday.

 

That ten years seems like a lifetime ago. Going to spin this sometime soon, tremendous album.

3. Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)
4. Wake Up
5. Reflektor

 

Reflektor is the only album I can listen to front to back.

 

I love them all, but Reflektor is probably the one I listen to the most at this point. <ducks>

 

Reflektor is for sure my favorite, especially the second half
