Great show so far, stream quality is really good too

 

They sound so good and I’m inspired to do a discog run tomorrow

 

Glad to see Dan Boeckner getting paid

 

Not sure about this new one, it’s not aggressively bad tho

 

Out to show why they're one of the biggest bands in the world right now. Really great performance.

Love the first single, Rabbit Hole… I’m not convinced it’s not a mess, but will wait to hear it on the record. Wish they weren’t playing Everything Now lol

Most of this set is completely killer tonight. So much energy and tension.

 

This song is fine in a festival set but hope they don’t play anything else from this record again lol

Awesome set. Lookout Kid sounds great. Still not sold on Rabbit Hole, though.

 

I clicked that stream for about 5 seconds and Dan Boeckner immediately makes his presence felt. Just one of the best “dudes rock” guys there is. I’ll never forget how genuinely appreciative he was after every song Wolf Parade played when on I saw them on the Cry Cry Cry tour.

 

Dan rules. Every project he’s had rocks, he’s got such a great stage presence, and seems like an all around solid dude. Excellent politics, too.

 

Ready for the next single. Thought we might get it today since Win teased it 10 days ago.

Still, ever since Funeral lit my soul on fire in 2004, I’ve been waiting on another Arcade Fire album to elicit such unreserved passion, that wasn’t at least a little bit disappointing. After nearly two decades waiting on the lightning, that album is finally here.
