If someone gifted me a pair of airpods max id use them but would never ever buy them for myself. I have a pair of beats studios that still work just fine that i use at home every now and again but any time i am traveling or even just out on a walk, its the airpod pros.

 

I prefer my AirPods Max over my AirPods Pro 2 but both are great for what I need them for

 

being a huge baller

 

Does anyone here have experience with Apple's trade-in service? I decided to mail my old phone instead of going to a store (rarely buy directly from Apple so I don't need a gift card) and it's been quite the headache. The phone is in excellent condition (has been in a case since day one) but I've read horror stories about some pristine phones being reported as broken. We'll see in a few days.

 

I'm NOT disappointed. They sound about as good as the Sennheiser Momentum M2 that I used before but the difference in mobility compared to those is easily worth the extra money. The ANS is way better and the transparency mode is new to me.

What I don't get though is the sound of Dolby Atmos. Well, I get what they're going for, but it just sounds messy to my ears. The sound levels are all over the place. It seems to work better with electronic music though.

 

ive traded in phones, ipads, and watches, and in most cases have actually gotten more back than the estimate because the condition was better than the pre-set choices to select from.

 

Guys do I pay off the $220 on my Galaxy S21 and get the 14 Pro now, or do I wait until it's paid off and hopefully get an iPhone that supports USB-C? Difficult choices lol. It's just so convenient to have the same cable for my phone/watch/headphones/tablet/MacBook/Switch/controllers etc.

The Pixel 7 Pro has also been getting rave reviews this year, but idk, I'm curious to give iOS a shot

Anyone know how to get auto-fill feature for checking out to work again? I checked passwords in settings and that is turned on. Anything else that I can check aside from restarting my phone?

 

Also, anyone have any idea why my Apple TV 4K would routinely log me out of the Apple TV and music apps? The former especially constantly asks me to sign up for a free trial and when I finally do log in, it takes forever for my library to load.

 

Traded my wife a bunch of gift cards for cash and got the 2nd gen AirPods Pro’s just now. The ANC on these really accentuates how much mine didn’t really work anymore on the gen 1’s lol

 

started getting static in the left airpod today, sounds like tv static - it stops when the airpods connect and doesnt impact any of the audio, but it was alarming the first time it happened.... anyone else have this?

 

Have you tried removing/re-adding your account from the Settings menu? If that doesn’t work, I would think a Reset would fix it.

 

Is AutoFill enabled under Safari settings?

 

They still doing free replacements for the AirPod pro 1st gen for the sound issue? On my third pair and it’s happening again.

yes, I replaced mine again when I purchased the 2s so I’d have brand new both. My wife hasn’t had any issues with the new/old pair

 

Loving these AirPod pro 2’s. The volume stem action is awesome.

 

The AirPods Pro 2 have killed all other headphones for me - I have other headphones that sound or cancel noise better but the AirPods are now close enough to those for the convenience factor to put them well and truly over the top

 

Anybody recommend a good AirPods Pro 2nd Gen (not sure if that makes a difference?) case?

 

I think I like the sound and immersion of my sennheiser over-ears a bit better than the AirPod pros, but the difference is almost negligible and the AirPod pro noise canceling is definitively better, very impressive. I have a medical device/physical therapy machine that, when in use, inexplicably causes music played through noise cancellation to sound warbly and uncomfortable. The pros are first headphone/earphone to not cause that. It’s an incredibly specific use case but it’s a game changer.

i posted a link in the previous page to what I use. From what I understand the 2nd gen cases align with the speakers better but should still comfortably fit gen 1.

 

Upgrading my Series 1 watch to a Series 8 :)
