Do you need a magsafe case for it to work or is the magsafe strong enough to work with any case?

 

It depends on the case thickness. Some will, some won't, or least not as well.

 

Same here. While the 12 Mini’s battery isn’t great compared to larger & newer phones, it will be a good upgrade from my 8. With a sharp compact design, I can’t ask for much more.

 

My 8 seemed to have worse life than my previous SE but didn’t drop off as much over 2 years. The camera was also noticeably worse in a few ways. Idk if I got a lemon or what but I haven’t been this excited for a phone in a long time, and I’m always excited for a new phone lol.

 

My 8+ is still going strong, but I really want to get my hands on the 12 and 12 mini to decide if I want to replace it yet or not

it's already on its way, when you get your tracking number it'll already be near you. you can somehow already get to your tracking number by going to the ups(?) website and putting in your phone number that is associated with your order.

Last I checked the app said Preparing to Ship so it may not be on the way yet, but I live in Boston so I doubt it's a long ship time.
