honestly the 2 OS updates coming this fall are my favorites in years. I've been running the betas for a month now and like you can't even tell apart from the Weather widget acting up here and there. Bonkers.

 

6.7" iphone? hell yeah gimme haha

 

Think I would get the smallest phone, even if it isn't a Pro. Currently using a XS, and it's nice, but I miss the 6 size a lot of the time.

 

really want the base 12 but feel like i would miss the camera on the pro

Probably the first Apple TV series I’m looking forward to: “A long way up”. I loved the first two seasons and their accompanying diary style books from the BBC / Sky days.

It’s crazy the bargaining power Apple commands right now probably compared to any other retail outlet.

Was kinda hoping we'd get a new public beta of iOS 14 today

To anyone that's currently running the iOS 14 public beta, has their been any battery life issues for you?

 

I had some initially, but they’ve gotten much better in the most recent release.

 

When I first got the beta battery life sucked but now it’s normal and lasts all day even if I’m on it all day

 

I think I'm gonna take the jump and install the public beta tonight!

Looks like the base 12 is getting OLED this year based on today’s leak

 

I'd love to upgrade from my X to a 12 Pro, but honestly none of the rumors I've seen are enticing. The two that sounded nice were the high framerate display and USB-C, but those have been shot down often so I'm left wondering what this will even be besides a spec bump and a screen size reshuffling. Maybe I'll get a 11 Pro that's gone down in price after the 12 comes out lol.

 

The latest Big Sur update has completely broke Apple Music on my iMac. So... fun times.
