I can’t say I’m very interested in this iPhone Fold I’ve never found foldable phones appealing and a $2,000 price tag for a first generation device is not cool
2k is absurd. I guess I can see the market for it, but I would be shocked if sales are very high. I think foldables are funny. I like a designated tablet and phone even though they are very similar products.
I’d be super interested if the form factor was two airs put together, but it looks like it will be shorter and wider. More like iPhone choade than iPhone fold
Hey there, looking for advice/help with an issue I’m having with a new iPhone 17. I went to put a new record on it. And it classically deleted all the music when I first connected it to the computer and now when I add the music back in it’s selecting random art from other albums in my collection to assign to the one I’m adding to the phone…anyone else have a similar issue or fix? Apple support was useless
The rumours were true after all. A bit odd to squash the rumours little than a month ago — only to then announce the news not long after.
Excited that it's Ternus. I know a lot of sings were pointing that way recently, but I thought it would go another way once it finally happened.
I skimmed through ‘Apple: The First 50 Years’ at a bookstore today. Quite impressed by the amount of detail
Thinking of trading in my M1 iPad Pro this week for an M4 Air with more storage. Checked the battery capacities of both iPads we have and mine is abysmal for being newer (79% v 80%). Shouldn't have to buy anything additional but a new Pencil, too, so an Air for $354 is pretty appealing considering a battery replacement is $119 for me. I've been using my iPad a bit more for notes during meetings, too.
I’ve been seeing lots of recs to scoop the m4 air if you have an m1 anything or older. Kind of wild new airs are a step up from pros that are a 3+ of years old.
I think my partner can do just fine with her older Air, she doesn't do much but watch streaming services on it. But I'm having a serious thought on doing this especially before I go to this conference next week. And I don’t really need the pro features at all.
Yeah if you just use a tablet as a tablet the M1 is wayyyy overkill. I gave mine to my wife and she loves it so much. I would have held on to it until the wheels fall off, but the camera being in portrait drove me nuts for the virtual call I have to do regularly.
Only ever saw one person with these at a coffee shop and they looked like a total dork-a-roni. They're gonna have to fix that if they ever want the idea to take off
The payout is actually $25, but could increase up to $95 depending on how many file a claim. I sold my 16 PM when I got the 17 PM, so I'm missing out on this LOL.
Oh my God, I fully paid off my m4 iPad Pro and just for the hell of it went to the Apple Store to see if I’d be interested in dropping down to a 13 in air. pro motion and the oled screen is such a killer way to use an iPad. I have seen on reviews once you switch its really hard to go back, and I felt it big time. Psyched to have this one and after toying around with how necessary it is when the Neo dropped I am definitely going to stick with this until the wheels fall off. I see the value in having a 13 in vs 11, but with a monitor I feel like this is my sweet spot and much more enjoyable to use back and forth as a tablet and laptop replacement.
