Silver pro. Went for it. Now I need to decide, Bullstrap leather case or try one of the techwoven ones?
Bullstrap doesn't deliver until maybe 9/25, so going grab the techwoven case to try it. If I don't like it, can always grab the leather one later.
Set my alarm for 4:58AM. If it went off, I didn't feel or hear it. Woke up to my wrist vibrating at 5:47AM, and the orange Pro Max was already delayed to Oct 6-13th. That ticked me off enough to not fall back to sleep and now I'm struggling through the workday. iPhone launch day is capitalism’s Super Bowl, but I was really looking forward to that dopamine hit of the orange model next Friday, and now I must wait. If I recall, the date may change for sooner delivery, but considering orange is the hit color, it's doubtful. At least I've got new AirPods Pro to look forward to, so I'm excited to get those.
I dunno, I've never had a case that I think ages "well" after a couple years of use anyway. And I usually get a new one every couple years. Do they look good for a year or two? Good enough for me.
Verizon account finally got tied to the Apple page and it’s gonna get delivered Friday, glad I have the day off I was trying to set pick up at the Apple Store but every store around me wasn’t available
I personally think the Bullstrap case for the 17 Pro is ugly unless protection of the camera bump is what you’re after. The Nomad Traditional Horween leather case is the best leather case I have ever used. Traditional Leather Case - iPhone 17 Pro | Rustic Brown | Horween | NOMAD®
Just pulled the trigger on a pro max and regular 17 for my wife and I. We are making the jump from 12pm and regular 12, so it’s going to be a huge boost for us. craziest part is we will be paying a total of $18/month more for the next 24 months for a more comprehensive plan and both phones combined. That’s less than 450 total. I feel like the carrier deals are really strong this year compared to previously.
I have got an anoying issue with Apple at the moment. Incoming a really boring story so feel free to skip. We bought our iphone pro 16's at the same time last year on release day. For ease, ive always got them to install the belkin screen protector in store. When we got our phones it took them like an hour to install the protectors (mainly my partners phone). This seemed unusually long for a new phone, but just assumed it was a newbie employee. Ended up doing a warranty replacement for it, and again it took an hour and 3 apple employees to do it. Its now peeled up a week later. Wondering if somethign wrong with the protectors or the phone (or probably just us ha!).
which ones are using? I used to work at Verizon and we had the belkin ones/that installer that took out most of the guess work. At least for iPhones haha
