it works for me, i've been with AT&T as long as i've been an adult with my own phone plan, but I know some people do like to pay full price for their devices up front

 

I'll never go back to carrier payment plans ever again. I'll always use my Apple Card intallments over anything else.

No, not any more. I dropped off that a few years ago because I don't upgrade every year anymore.

The only reason I went from 15 to 16 this year is because of Trump's dumbfuckery.

 

I am surprisingly excited for my watch. I haven’t really felt this way about a piece of tech in a while but not having to bring my phone on runs and being able to control my smart devices and Sonos from my watch is going to be so nice, and I’ve never had a smart watch before so it’s a brand new category for me. If any of you have app recommendations, I’d appreciate it. I bought Lyd for Sonos control.

 

Still really can't decide about the phone. Don't think I want to get up early and try and figure it all out, since I am not even sure if I want the white or blue phone to begin with ... hmm ... I think I lean toward midday seeing what deal Verizon has now that my phone is paid off and go from there. Maybe white? Never had one of those.

 

You just reminded me that mine is white. I wish I didn’t use a case, lol - white looks really nice imo.

 

Still spend part of my workday in a warehouse/on a forklift, can’t go case less

Going to check it out in the store on Friday but I think so. Current hands on seem to like it better than the first effort. Just saw someone with the green case and I’m tempted by that as my new watch will have a sage green magnetic loop band.

 

My heart wants the Air, but my head wants the Pro.

 

I’m at 5:02 screen time today (I usually average about 4 hours) with 36% battery left on my 16 Pro. I almost think I could do the Air just fine.

 

Oh god I hate this Overcast update look. And the back button is still hosed.

 

I think the battery on the air is gonna be more than fine - it’s similar if not better than the 16 pro battery - I just don’t think I can only do one camera

I'm not really a SW fan but a quasi-stormtrooper look would be....pretty cool. If I do get get the new 17Pro I'll either do white or orange.

I've had a Speck branded plain black grip case on my 14 pro since day 1 which was launch month. I am on my 3rd just from them loosing their luster. I really could have still be using the 2nd one I had since I only swapped it about 3 months ago. Give me that same case and a Zagg screen protector (since Best Buy does lifetime warrantee in store swap out for them) and I'm good to go!

I'm hoping the main 48mp camera has some noticeable differences between what I have now. I'd 98.5% be good with the normal 17, but man I use that telephoto a good bit out on runs and rides. I never take advantage of the slightly increased horsepower of the Pro now as it is.

 

Going with the boring pick of 17 Pro in Silver.

 

Decided to go with the regular 17 in black

 

silver is probably the safer choice but I'm drawn to the orange

 

Got a pro max on hold but Verizon’s systems aren’t responding so I have to wait to check out smh

 

Got a delivery date of 9/25 which seems weird

 

17 Pro Silver and they gave me 1,100 for my 13 Pro. Works for me!
