  1. They'll just send your credit card the amount of money your phones are worth I believe. It'll appear on your credit statement.

I would immediately go and pay whatever that amount is to the bank the iUP uses with that card

Let's hold our breath until we disappear

I have pre-ordered at midnight the last two years through the Apple Store app on iOS. I was in and out both times in a couple minutes.

I love the AirPods, btw. Purchasing those as soon as I can. I'll probably trade in my iPhone 6 Plus once I get the 7 Plus and use that credit to get the AirPods.

Set for 2:50 AM. Always fun.

Then your adrenaline is rushing after you complete your order, so no more sleep.

  10. I believe you'll have a positive balance on the card. capital one will "owe" you whatever Apple credits them over your current balance. Take that amount, whatever it is, and pay the bank that the iUP uses so your capital one card balance is now $0.

I once over paid my credit card by about $200. I just had a positive balance until I had spent that money so in some ways it became a prepaid credit card. If you get more cash back than what the credit card is owed it will just put you in the positive. At the end of the day you will still get whatever your trade in value is.

How is your adrenaline rushing after buying phone accessories?

This is the classic debit and credit principal from accounting. You will essentially have the amount you paid for the phones less the $100 as a negative balance to you. Until you put enough charges on your card greater than the negative balance you wouldn't actually owe anything on your card. It's the same idea when you return something at a store and they "credit" back your card.

Don't think I've ever been excited about a purchase like that outside of snagging tickets for a sold out show.

Sure enjoy buying a dongle for functionality that already exists on nearly every existing fun.

I'm not controlling your purchases, but I find it silly.

It's more so about being so enthusiastic to wake up at 3 am to preorder something that is borne out if recent necessity.

I bought a wifi adapter for my computer, but I didn't experience an adrenanline rush for something I viewed as a mecessity.
