Is that specified anywhere? Every phone I’ve had since being a Verizon customer has had a pretty noticeable scratch on the screen and our account has always been fully credited once corporate receives it through the mail when returning it as part of the upgrade program or whatever.

the big camera bump is Good Actually because it makes the phone easier to pick up when it's face up on the table.

 

Don't like. There's this "uncanny valley" like feeling to it and it's super unsettling to me.

Keyboard haptics feel better with keyboard sounds on. But that would require being in loud mode and always been a #silentgang person

 

Picked up my 14 Pro. Went space black as per but changed up and went with a umber leather case, normally go naked or green. Already really liking the island for music playback and the wee visualiser.

 

Don’t think it’s a bug. It’s asking me and all of my friends who are on iOS 16 every time. It’s so annoying The Verge even wrote an article about it.

Just tested it, tried pasting from photos to here multiple times and it only came up the first time

 

So far I’m finding this to be the buggiest public iOS version since like single-digit iOSes, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a bug. I’ve even been having resprings roughly once a day, and I don’t think I’ve ever had one on a public release on this phone. Beginning to think I’m going to have to reinstall the OS

 

iOS 16 has been super stable for me

 

The first night I installed it my phone randomly restarted once but that’s it.

 

Can’t believe they color matched the waveform with the album art. Gorgeous.

also it seems like the paste thing is timed because I just had to allow it again. I’m thinking it’s a bug because I don’t remember it being like this in the beta.

 

How smooth the scrolling is has been a big “didn’t know it could be better” for me so far.

 

Yes to both of these things. One big positive and another smallish annoyance.

Apologies if already posted. iOS 16.0.1 is out which apparently fixes the camera quality issue I think someone mentioned in here.

Unsure about always on. I feel weird knowing I have a screen on when it's in my pocket. Don't feel like I'm gaining anything at the moment.
