Well, I’m pretty excited that my dream of a Apple Watch Walkie-talkie feature is now real life.

My MacBook Pro is officially too old for Mojave. Really wanted dark mode. :/

 

I average 2 hrs, 40 mins of screen time daily. Not bad really.

 

I think mine BARELY makes the cut but I’ll have to check... you’d think desktops/laptops nowadays would have much longer upgrade lifespans than phones.

All the offerings seem a bit underwhelming to me, but I'm guessing we're just at the incremental improvement year in the upgrade cycle?

I think Apple and their competitors in the tech world are starting to suffer a bit from their success - I mean, phone and computer tech/software is so good now, and we're so close to already having the 'ideal' OS and hardware design for our current needs that they're really just tinkering around the edges until the next major, revolutionary hardware leap hits, which might still be many years away, and which might not even be based around 'hardware' as we know it.

 

Its refreshing to not have any hardware announcements honestly, within the year i have gotten airpods, homepod, and the X, and its nice to not feel like i need to rush out and replace everything with the newer models. Looking forward to mojave a lot.

 

ugh i just want some sort of confirmation as to whether a new SE is coming out or not so i know whether to jump on a red 8

 

Honestly, I’d assume it’s not happening at this point. March or WWDC would have been the timeframe for any kind of SE announcement.

 

Yea that’s what I figured, I do feel better about it now. It’s been said here before but I wish they’d just release a smaller size alongside the main phone and plus.
