I've had that happen and had to quit and reopen iTunes. Once it was that their servers seemed down.

 

It did it with other albums, too haha. And some Frank Ocean singles. I ended up just restarting my phone and it fixed it. On my laptop it's also showing me a bunch of older albums that I've had over a year as "recently added" within the last week. So weird.

 

I'm not sure if this is a common thing but I've tried to search having no luck. I set up two factor authorization on the new update for iOS. When I go to try and approve it on either my iPad or iPhone it keeps just showing the circle and "waiting" or whatever but nothing shows up for either device to approve or whatever. Its driving me insane and the 1 notification badge on my settings is driving me insane too lol.

 

On the Apple Watch can you somehow set up notifications to come through if your phone is unlocked?

Like if I'm watching a movie or something and I miss the text banner it won't notify me on my watch, and I'd like it to.

 

Unless they added it in 3.0, there is not. I'd like to call it "Parent Mode", because it would certainly be handy for the times my kid is playing a game or watching a show on my phone in the car and a text comes in, ha.

 

Does anybody know why I have to re-authenticate apps on my Apple TV4 like 2-3 times a month? It's getting super annoying

Drives me insane too. I don't know why the providers do that and don't get on with the single sign on stuff Apple offers. I'll flip over to a game and have to re-sign in and it gets me mad at Comcast every time.

I was trying to find an answer online and no one really had a solid one. Saw a bunch of theories that providers do it on purpose cause they don't like you streaming through another system and not their own box which would not surprise me one bit lol

 

Pulled the trigger on AirPods last friday but was disappointed in the forecasted 6 week ship time. Saw AT&T had some in stock yesterday so I cancelled my other order and these new ones have already shipped!

 

I need in-app last.fm support for the next iTunes/Apple Music update like spotify has in their app, please.

 

Why can't I play YouTube in the background anymore? This just randomly stopped working and is driving me insane. Plz halp

 

From the Youtube app? I don't think that's ever been a feature unless I've been missing something.

 

That's only a feature in the app if you have YouTube red, I believe.

Same thing happens using chrome on iPad. Used to be able to change tabs but now the video stops if you do. Very annoying.

 

It's never been a feature. To get around it you need to play it. Whenever you leave the tab swipe up the control center and hit play and then it plays in the background.

 

Yes that's what I always used to do! And now it's randomly stopped working

 

I always assumed it was something they didn't realize was possible and since background playing is a feature around YouTube red they've probably went ahead and blocked it.

apple y u do this. second time they've messed up reviewing us. wasting valuable time. their in house network is apparently a bit buggy and causes a lot of apps to be needlessly rejected. not cool. we know it's not our fault because we literally went through this whole process with them last time and they finally submitted our build cuz they realized the issue was on their end...

 

Got my airpods yesterday. Actually stumbled upon them while in Best Buy. Took them for a workout this morning and I am beyond impressed. They sound a bit better than I expected, and I didn't have a single issue when them falling out or staying synced. This is the most thrilled I've been about a new piece of tech in quite a while.
