Yeah I believe you can set up notifications for when a package arrives. I tend to obsessively check it so I don't have them on. But in settings there's a "Background Notifications" option, so I'm just not sure of the frequency of the notifications.

 

haven't used it myself but I have plenty of Anger products in general that work great and they have a really good reputation.

 

I use Parcel Track, it's free and you can upgrade to sync across devices.

 

Used it for quite a while on all devices. It's great.

 

Starting recently, whenever I watch a YouTube video in Safari and switch to fullscreen mode, the video lags severely for about 5 seconds (while the audio continues), before finally resuming like normal afterwards. Also, if I move the mouse at all during fullscreen playback, it lags just like it did when I first entered fullscreen, for several seconds. This problem only occurs in Safari, and not Firefox or Chrome. Anyone know how to fix this?

 

Not sure if it's the right place to ask, but do you guys have any recommendations on a macbook pro case or sleeve?

At the office we use a 15" and I normally just put it inside my backpack (it has a laptop pouch, or whatever you call it). I feel like it needs more protection though. I want something that's not too expensive but also reasonable for its price.

 

Not sure this qualifies because it's $50, but I LOVE the look of this case on my MacBook.

i've dropped my iphone 6 numberous of times and it's still good. I think it absorbs it pretty good and still keeps a slim profile.

 

gosh dang iPhone is still stuck in "preparing for shipment" hell. this is the last time i get up at 4 to do this.

in other news, how hard is it to re-route a package from ups? i'll be home when my phone gets to the facility and i found out they only hold it for 5 days :/

 

Got my 7 yesterday, and it definitely feels verrrrrry similar to the 6. The best parts are that it is RIDICULOUSLY fast to open everything / surf the web, and the camera. I personally love the new home "button" too, but the girlfriend hates it. I'm a little disappointed, as I was expecting the phone to be thinner after they took out the headphone port, but it feels the exact same thickness to me? It also feels heavier to me, but I'm sure that isn't actually true.

The matte black looks sharp as fuck though, so mission accomplished.

 

I fee like my six is super slow now with this latest update.

 

seriously? Mine has been quicker than ever.

 

I agree at time but also it feel like it gets stuck going in between apps and that's something I feel like I never experienced before.

 

My 6s became much faster when I upgraded to iOS 10. Now my 7 has been awesome.

 

Girlfriend said the screen on her 6 has been lagging since the update. Haven't really noticed much difference on my 6S.

i shit you not my girlfriends iphone 5s runs amazing with ios10 too.

 

my 6 has definitely seemed laggy w/r/t opening the pop up text screen from the notification

 

This is my biggest issue.

 

it's slow enough that i dont even really understand why the function exists. it's equally as fast and takes up as much real estate to just open the messages app.

 

It truly is confusing. I wonder if it's with bringing up the keyboard. That's seems to be what takes forever.

I use their phone case and really like it, i'd get one of these if I had a macbook.

 

having the same issue here as well. it's not even worth using really.

 

Received my 7, proceeded to find out my Windows Vista computer, armed with iOS 12.1.3, the most recent update for this iTunes, is unable to connect to the iPhone because I must "update my iTunes".

I can't update my iTunes if the application will not give me the ability to update it further than the current iOS that I have.

It's such a bummer how XP and Vista computers are no longer being serviced by a lot of companies. Now I have to connect it to my mother's laptop instead, which doesn't have any of my music library on it. Kind of frustrating for me.

 

I just saw the Jet Black in person for the first time. Looks great, but it was very dirty and fingerprinted.
