While setting up, I was debating on the standard or zoomed. I have awful vision and zoomed was too big for me haha.

 

Man, I'm loving my 7. Feels a lot faster.

 

So my 6 was shattered back in March. I really don't want a case because i love how the matte black looks..but besides clunky otterboxes..does anyone have any good recommendations? Trendy but with a purpose?

 

But I thought that's why they have the option for larger/bold text. Wish there was an option like that.


The peek-in feature is pretty neat.

Also, the bedtime function looks interesting.

 

How much protection do you want? I like the leather Apple cases a lot but if the only protection you need is bumps and scratches, peel cases are awesome

Also, no outrage over the iFixit tear down? That its just a piece of plastic where the headphone jack was? (sorry if that was discussed further back. Im a lazy forum reader today hah)

 

Saw a matte black in person and it looks wonderful. Also saw a jet black in person and

 

I wanted that jet black so bad but I have such tiny hands. My husband had a plus and it's just too big. I can't imagine the time I'd have not dropping it haha

 

Check out Spigen's cases. I've had 3 and they've all been great.

 

This is the one I got. I really like it! Super minimal and great protection. It supposedly has protection for up to an eight-foot drop.

 

My phone came early this afternoon! I like to set up my phones as new, rather than restore them from backups, so it took me a while, but I got it all set up. Such an upgrade from my 5. I'm really happy with it!

 

Pretty jealous of everyone getting their phones.

Trying to get the plus? I have Verizon and got my 7 today. My husband is going to be switching to Verizon tomorrow, getting the plus so we're going to get it paid but it won't be shipped to us for about 2 weeks. Told us it would be faster that way than going through Apple direct.

 

Is anybody having issues with the earpiece after updating to iOS 10? I literally just got my 6 replaced so I don't think this is a hardware issue.

I don't think I've made any calls since updating until now. I can hear out of it but it's not nearly as loud as it should be.

 

On Apple Music, if a title or song or is long enough to wear it runs off the page (due to the large size font), is there a way to view the full album/song title? This is frustrating.

 

Yeah I preordered mine from Verizon too and it came in today. It wasn't supposed to ship until the 23rd either, so I was surprised to see it be delivered today.

 

I can trade in my iPhone 6s 128 and get a $650 bill credit as long as I do the installment billing. This is through ATT and might be a nationwide deal currently. I just may get a 7 now. I'll pay only $4.50 ish a month more than what I am paying now. All I payed originally was $399 originally so I think this is a great deal.

 

Is there a way to get rid of that share button on 3D Touch apps?

 

I want to know the answer to this too. On beta apps it says "Send Beta Feedback" instead.

Can you not scroll up from the bottom anymore and adjust songs playing through Apple Music anymore? Or is there a way to do it while your phone is locked?

Wife was trying to restore her 7 from the backup, but after a few hours, it looks like Apple's servers kicked the bucket.

 

Confused the crap out of me for all of ten minutes before I figured it out. Haha.

 

I had a hell of a time activating mine yesterday. My iTunes isn't up to date and my Mac is old enough that I can't update it. Hubby got mine up and going in about 3 minutes off of his pc.

When I was trying to activate, my PIN for Verizon wasn't working. Then Apples servers must have been down cause I couldn't get passed that. I've never had so much trouble after getting a new phone but I LOVE having a non-shattered screen! And this phone officially has a better processor than my MacBook Pro haha
