The is a lighting port stand that Apple sells that will charge your phone and also has a 3.5 jack on it if it's for something like while at your desk.

 

Just placed my order for the 32GB iPhone 7. Black. Won't ship until the 23rd, but my phone works well enough now that another two weeks isn't going to kill me. Doesn't hold a charge very well, but it's nothing I can't work around.

 

Anyone with the updated Apple TV that previously had the older version care to talk about whether it's a worthwhile thing to do? Other than the remote, I am not sure what the benefits are.

 

Hardware wise it's a lot better, and faster than the older gen. The new one has its own app store, so you can get the programming apps you want and games. The new remote is super rad once you get used to it. I've found Siri pretty useful when I'm too lazy to search myself. The new UI is way better, which is only available on the new generation.

 

I wonder if Super Mario Run will be on Apple TV at some point?

I want those AirPods really bad, so I'm using the EarPods right now to get use to the fit/feel lol

 

My only hesitation with the AirPods is the lack of water resistance. I'd sweat a whole lot wearing them.

 

Anyone here work for Apple? Can you say what inventory looks like for Apple watches on release date, in-store? Debating to go first thing in the morning in hopes of getting one.

Oh, third party apps could be awesome. What is Plex exactly? I know it's a media player of some sort, but never looked into it.

 

I actually made a game for Apple TV that also uses iPhones with some coworkers but I think it's still sorta buggy so I don't tell many people about it lmao

 

I am trying to decide if the updated Apple TV is worth it because I am already doing the 7, the Nike watch, the AirPods, and getting a Macbook (current laptop is down). That's a lot of money going to Apple in the span of a quarter and change. Just not totally sure I need to upgrade yet. It would be cool to see Apple TV do a better version of what Sling TV is doing now.

 

If Apple can ever get live streaming TV, with live sports (including regionally), then I'll cut the cord. Until then, I can't be without my local sports.

 

I used this website. I've used gazelle in the past, which I was happy with, but this site had a much better rate this time around. They're giving me $94 for my iPhone 5, which is far beyond any other site (aside from selling to a private buyer). I just received the box today, and will ship it back when my 7 comes.
