Agreed. I like challenges because they make me try things I wouldn't normally attempt and train myself to get better at new things like grenade kills or something.

 

I'm kind of torn on the Battle Pass, I'm about 140 hours into Apex, I don't know it the Battle Pass can really reignite the flame for me. I still love it but I'm no longer itching to play.

 

Idk the only reference I have for BR games and challenges is fortnite and that game is uhhhh shitty on all fronts lol. Apex has built in badges for the moment that are place holders

 

those badges kinda rule though but even with them I never went out of my way to get them.

I'm just excited about the new Legends and loot. I hope there's going to be a bunch of creative stuff and not just like, a new sniper or something.

This game will definitely have a new map, just not any time soon.

I was really hoping Respawn was going to bamboozle us when they announced it wasn't coming out on Tuesday and surprise us like 2 days later and release it. EA/Dice announced the BF5 BR "Firestorm" is coming March 25th. Seems to me like EA wouldn't want to release both of those in the same week so I'm hoping that means Apex will be next week?

 

The longer they go without announcing the date, the more people are going to get mad about it. If it’s still launching in March, they need to say when, and if it isn’t, they need to announce that it’s been delayed. Dev silence is so much more destructive than a disappointing answer would be. Trust me, I know from experience (Destiny).
