If the last two confirm, we have 24 people.

Has it been discussed how we're going to balance out divisions? As of now, if all confirm, we could fill 3 teams per division.

 

I actually hadn't thought much about that but it's probably something that should be discussed.

I could just pull out the "worst" team in each division if we get 24 to ensure the team draw would have three teams for each division that will be taken.

Although then we deal with the team swap which could off balance that quickly.

 

I doubt it'll be a huge issue. I wouldn't remove any. Leave all 32 in it. See what happens, but the numbers should work itself out in the long-run.
