A couple of key points:

Advances every 60 hours unless all games are in before that. If you don't have your game scheduled or are a CPU game it'll be simmed.

Trades - you are on restrictions for the first season. Any deal you make needs to be approved by me. Only to make sure you understand value in the game and don't do anything stupid. If you show you know what you are doing I'll pull you off after season 1 and you're free to do whatever you want.
