They absolutely killed opening for Oso just now. Get the feeling that this band is going to be huge. Felt the same special energy I felt seeing PUP for the first time.
I assume they are still playing first on this tour. If it was a hardcore tour they would be higher up. Still trying to crossover is the impression that I get with these bigger tours.
This is so good. They're really leaning into their pop influences on this one. I have a feeling their next album is going to be massive.
I think the most impressive part of the album is how they were able to have ebbs and flows, a sonic journey, but still keep it a concise record with no fat.
Seeing this band live from the Have Heart reunion shows to most recently last week has been a pure joy. The progression of sound and how dialed in love they are now makes me very happy.
