Love this band.

 

They absolutely killed opening for Oso just now. Get the feeling that this band is going to be huge. Felt the same special energy I felt seeing PUP for the first time.

 

did they play first or second on this tour?

 

I assume they are still playing first on this tour. If it was a hardcore tour they would be higher up. Still trying to crossover is the impression that I get with these bigger tours.

This is so good. They're really leaning into their pop influences on this one.

I have a feeling their next album is going to be massive.

As always, I'm late to stuff. This rules.

 

In the grand scheme it’s really not that late. It’s still their first album.

 

It really is fantastic. No skips.

 

I think the most impressive part of the album is how they were able to have ebbs and flows, a sonic journey, but still keep it a concise record with no fat.

 

yeah really well done for such a young band. every song flows effortlessly into the next.

Seeing this band live from the Have Heart reunion shows to most recently last week has been a pure joy. The progression of sound and how dialed in love they are now makes me very happy.
