I liked this a lot on my first listen! Definitely the most I’ve enjoyed something in this genre/scene in a very long time. Some of the softer tracks reminded me of Daphne Loves Derby, oddly enough

 

Good review overall, but goddamn if that dude (the reviewer) isn't a pretentious fucking blowhard.

Damn, this is good. After the first play I thought that it was a definite step down from their last one but after two more listens, I don’t think that anymore

 

so this rules, huh.

 

just grabbed my ticket to see them in 3 weeks. stoked

The more mellow songs on this seem to be hitting me immediately: Audrey Go Again and Next Big Star.

 

Those were my two least favorites but they’ve really grown on me. This album is all I want to listen to. I’ve heard Counting Sheep probably 100 times since October and it hasn’t gotten old, truly a perfect song.

 

Yeah just listened once but this is really good. Gonna re visit tonight with some vodka.

 

LGH became one of my favorite records of the genre that year. Some later songs on this actually remind me of Senses Fail.

 

It’s fun being excited about a band in this genre again

 

Sunder is underrated.

 

Chorus is straight out of an Oso Oso song, I love it
