Whole band signed and signed to my 4 year old daughter because counting sheep is her jam. So stoked!

I know this makes me sound old and I feel bad because I like both records, but we walked out during their second song tonight. It was so loud that it was fucking unlistenable. The guitars sounded like garbage and sounded like they were distorting the PA and the volume was actually physically uncomfortable. I don’t know why they think they’re a hardcore band.

Never left a show like that in like 250-ish shows, but it wasn’t worth being deaf until Tuesday for a show we were just not enjoying at all.

i always wear ear protection at shows now… they must not have been. grady’s vocals sounded phenomenal and the band was absolutely ripping. leaving after the second song, i feel like this dude must be capping. incredible performance. my ears are fully intact, no ringing. the sinclair has notoriously great sound.

Absurd take homie. They sounded so tight. You were also at one of the best sounding venues in Boston.
I'm an anxious liker - but by no means a die hard. Wildly impressive set. TBH it made me excited for the new crop of kids making kick ass albums and keeping the scene going.

You're silly and incorrect. Maybe you are too old. Or just broken and soft.

They sounded like ass, man. Sorry. Not worth the hearing loss. Still bought the CD on the way out.

Why is this response so aggressive and mean? Way, way the hell overboard.

They sounded awesome in Cleveland and I think them playing like a hardcore band makes the show way better lol

anxious, the hardcore band from the great state of connecticut, is teaching live music goers a valuable lesson – you are free to wear ear protection at gigs.

it was really loud. i was just laugh / crying thinking of how after their set was over and the house lights / music came on, i took my ear protection off and the jimmy eat world song playing to send us off on our way was comically loud. there are definitely people whose ears are still ringing.

If you’re 250+ shows in and still not wearing earplugs the damage is already there

    But still wear ear plugs.

I know people think it's gonna make it sound bad but if you have good ear plugs it makes it sound way better. And you don't get tinnitus.
