yoooooooo you all gotta go to this Avalon show if you can at all, it's better than I expected. Every song is updated to fit the full band set up, Springtime gets actual lyrics, Microscope Store gets a long extended part with new lyrics, the encore is beautiful.... it's all really great, I highly reccomend

 

Can confirm. This was probably my favorite Anthony tour. It was nearly 100 degrees in Portland that day and I thought I might die in the venue, but the crowd was so hyped despite the heat (Anthony even made a couple jokes about it).

 

also this album is great, played the vinyl last night and it was extremely satisfying. One of my best sounding records

 

I had tickets on Sunday in SF and couldn't make it
Hate sunday shows, I feel like I miss 50% of them because of work travel

 

yeah man last night in dallas was fucking magical. everyone in the crowd was having so much fun and anthony played off of that all night. springtime was incredible. and that encore was just perfect.

made for a great first time seeing anthony perform.

 

How on earth did I not know about a new Anthony Green album?! This is sooo damn good. The man is on a serious roll right now.

Been returning to this album time and time again. Easily his best effort since Avalon.

 

His last two solo albums have been a pretty big step above the older stuff I think. nostalgia definitely colors my enjoyment of avalon, I think these are just better though
