My copy of Avalon arrived. Still feel insane paying over $35 for a single LP, but there's not many records I would do that for and this is one of them. Shouts out to this thread. Just wish it had the original artwork. Stoked on the variant.

Definitely nailed the Devil's Song!

From his IG post on the song: I wrote Devils Song about the unintended consequences that come with getting what you wish for. The end of the song and the lyrics, “This feels like a nightmare we’re all in the same spot” came to me while I was trying to record a demo of this song and it was the type of thing where I woke up in the morning and listened back and didn’t remember singing it or writing it. Throughout the years, I closed a lot of sets with this song, and singing “we’re all on the same spot” with so many people has brought immense peace and joy into the experience of sharing live music energy with a crowd. I feel like it has made me closer to my audience.
