These are both fantastic, it's like Avalon done in the style of Beautiful Things and I'm very here for it

 

yeah these are cool. preordered the sunset variant, along with picking up Boom. Done. on vinyl (which I didn't have for some reason) and the new Bleary Eyed album as well.

 

I adore Avalon, one of my favorite records, so if this is the closest I'll come to finding vinyl I might have to pull the trigger

Damn dude. It was unavailable for so long that I've just been keeping an eye on Discogs. Thank you. $12 shipping for single-LP is lowkey infuriating but it is what it is when it comes to a holy grail record. (Still cheaper than Discogs.)

Put this on again today. It's his best solo record by a mile and I think in my top 5 Anthony green records period. Keith got an amazing performance out of him vocally compared to would you still be in love. The confessional songwriting here is just incredible and still refreshing compared to his more impressionistic and romantic poetry style in other projects. It's similar on Two Dreams, ATS, and LS Dunes, but boom.done is peak for me. Fucks me up may be the best solo song he's ever written.

Easily his best. Still wonder about 2022 being taken down and then his new band using it. Thankfully this version is still on YouTube because it’s sooo good.

 

Anthony just sent a message to his facebook followers that new music is coming soon

 

Sadly nothing from him, solo or otherwise, has really connected with me like a Circa album

I'm not sure on doom spun. I think I like the idea of it more than I actually enjoy listening to it. I should say too that I haven't heard the drift stuff either because it annoys me that he refused the title drift. I just don't get it

I assume reused, in which case I truly cannot imagine caring about that to the point of skipping the albums lol just baffling

 

I just have them as Drift and Drift 2 in my library

 

That's my favourite of his solo stuff.
