I'm sorry to break the thread but can someone explain what the fuck Kony was?

 

It was a viral campaign started by Invisible Children about this Joseph Kony guy in Uganda(?). He was recruiting children for his militia and the mini doc on Youtube called for action to take him down. IC were basically asking for young people to graffiti their cities to raise awareness. The guy that made the film was arrested for public masturbation a week or two after it came out so it became this big joke.

I saw Inside Out on a random day off about five months ago. It was mid day and the movie been out forever already so I was literally the only person in the theater. Normally I would've teared up a bit, but since no one else was in there I just fucking wailed and it was awesome.
