Followup to Holy Motors, one of my favorite films of the last decade.

Loved Holy Motors, excited

 

The synopsis for this film is amazing. Miss when’s Rooney Mara was attached, but whatever. This will likely be amazing.

Very much looking forward to this. Really liked Holy Motors, I haven't seen anything else he's done though.

 

The film follows Adam Driver’s character who is a stand-up comedian trying to cope with the death of his deceased opera singer wife. Eventually, he finds out that his two-year-old daughter possesses a very special gift that will change their lives forever.

After years of delay, Variety has also announced that they will officially start filming in mid-August.

 

Watched Mauvais Sang last night funnily enough. It was pretty good!

How is Driver in literally everything

 

Because he's the best.

Since this watched The Lovers on the Bridge and it's one of my all time favourites so now I'm even more excited for this. Looks great!

 

That one is easily his best imo

 

It's transcendent.

 

This is apparently being released theatrically on August 6 and then onto Prime on August 20.
