This looks so good. The only Lupin I've seen is the short Fujiko Mine series. Is the newest series after that a good place to start or should I go through the movies?
I've loved 90% of the Lupin I've watched. I think the Mine series was a really great introduction for new fans. It even gives context for older films. You can really watch them in any order. They are all basically Indiana Jones meets James Bond meets Oceans 11. You really can't go wrong. That being said, I haven't watched the newest series, so I can't speak for its quality.
Anyone who reads Attack on Titan, the latest chapter that just came out is basically the climax / thesis of the whole story. So good
I started watching the Demon Slayer anime and dig it a lot more than the manga. Might try reading again when I'm caught up.
I've been slowly watching Demon Slayer, originally started because Nezuko is adorable, lol, but stayed because it's fun.
Really happy OPM seems to be getting back away from the single chapter stories. This Puri Puri chapter was amazing and I can't wait for the next one.
MHA 4 and Chihayafuru 3 let's go. Also, found a contender for anime bullshit synopsis of the season: "Running short of money, office lady Saki Watase is introduced to a part-time job where she's tasked with reviewing XL-size condoms. While receiving an escort home after a night of drinking, Saki's "demon" boss Keisuke Sudou notices that she's carrying a large quantity of condom. Once Saki explains her circumstances, Keisuke reveals that he is XL-size. A romance between the two thus begins." - XL Joushi.
Well Beastars has started even if Netflix international is holding it hostage for a few more months. Sad with some of the details they had to leave out from the manga but still very nice and it does some neat stuff/shots that the manga can't do. Still looks gorgeous of course and the music is bopping. And the OP is gonna be stop motion which I am EXTREMELY excited to see.
I love how Dr. Stone will have an entire chapter that’s just like “Okay this week we’re going to be creating bread and that’s it, that’s the whole chapter, also three months have passed within like five panels but we’re just going to ignore that completely.” What a strange little comic
My girlfriend gave these to me for my birthday. They're original cels from the 1974 anime series "Heidi, Girl of the Alps", on which Hayao Miyazaki worked, among others.
my friend watched promare so that made me suggest she watch gurren lagann and kill la kill. it also made me watch both those shows and I love gurren lagann so much.
Alright I know I keep going on and on about it but the Beastars OP released and is stop motion, how many anime series' can you say get a stop motion OP when the show itself isn't? So neat.
Thank god I own nearly all on blu-ray at this point because fuck HBO Max. I am not interested in that service.
I would love if this paves the way for Spirited Away to get a digital release. I have the blu ray but due to me using Apple TV and Switch at college, I don’t have a PS4 or blu ray player.
