I really can't stand a majority of people.

 

He's had a history of sleazy behavior. I'm surprised it took this long to actually boil over because I had heard about it for years, but I'm glad he's finally being held accountable.

What's funny to me is that a lot of these people are probably the same ones who bitch about English dubs even existing and are only doing the whole "IStandWithVic" because it fits into this imaginary anti-SJW crusade they have going on in their heads that no one actually gives a shit about.

 

I met Vic several times when I was a young teen going to cons, the behavior of his is absolutely gross and it makes me so sad that I idolized him because he took absolute advantage of that.

Also is depressing but not surprising that people would jump to defend him given many of the people within the anime community...

yea luckily I think the majority are not down for his bullshit now but the minority are always going to be vocal.

 

If I read "innocent until proven guilty" one more time, holy moly. It's the "the climate has always changed" of the sexual harassment/assault conversation. It's so idiotic and overused that it's just numbing.

 

Drifters dub is on Hulu. Stoked to finally get through it. The book was a lot of fun and the first two episodes were as gory and glorious as I expected.

Apparently in the time that the first studio got OPM season 1 completely done this other studio has only gotten 3 of 12 episodes done for season 2. And that was only a few weeks ago.
