I got to see Paprika for the first time ever today in a theater and really loved it. Very well might've been the push I needed to watch through the rest of Satoshi Kon's films
he blessed humanity with some really visually interesting, thoughtful, and empathetic works. part of the unmissable canon for me
It's a fine show but it doesn't have a lot of substance, basically just watching it for the slick animation in some of the cool fight scenes
Nice to see a Sign of Affection getting some recognition. Super charming show, feel like people weren't really talking about it.
