I've never watched MHA but omg that Toga and Ochako scene??? Wdym that's the 158th episode I don't got that kinda time I never got into MHA partly bc I'd seen criticism of its female characters being oversexualized and underdeveloped (but mostly bc it's long)
Man this episode of Hundred I watched is like cliché Greatest Hits. Goes from beach episode to President's sibling giving villain vibes to revelations about living fuel sources and a secret third sibling and Hayato being the Chosen One to Emilia being a secret princess to Hayato fighting Emilia's best friend for her love in an episode of slapstick. It's got it all! I'm honestly exhausted just typing it out!
Oh shit, I also forgot a fight over who's the bigger childhood friend! And then Hayato's sister plays the "I've known my brother my whole life so I must be the biggest childhood friend!" card. Yuki approves. IYKYK.
Finally started Frieren. I read the first few volumes of the manga a few years ago, so I'm familiar with how the story begins.
It’s unfortunately only that video. It was just promotion for the premiere of part 3 of TYBW, which was premiering on the 25th anniversary.
I haven’t watched yet, but it’s just so frustrating that they botched this. Probably the biggest horror manga of all time, and to only give it 4 eps alone is a sham. Was hoping they’d at least be 4 super high quality episodes
I was like let me watch this Uzumaki episode and see the talk about bad quality and I was just like oh I see why now it sucks cause it gets me so creeped out but the animation is so silly
Are they just going to end this “season” in the middle of the last few major fights? Very odd place to stop, there isn’t all that much left to adapt. From the start it would have made more sense to split the whole final battle arc into 2-3 cours, or have the finale be movie-length like Attack on Titan
