I mean, no one said you couldn't be sad? Be sad if you're sad. If it's something that's meaningful to you and has held a special place within you because you've grown with it for the past ten years please feel free to be sad, happy or otherwise. I'm glad you found something you connected with and enjoyed. I just feel a lot of times things get artificially extended beyond their natural stopping point. That's not to say that you feeling the opposite is wrong.
As an anime only person this season has just been kinda there for MHA idk how to describe it like cool but nothing crazy
I love the series, but I can see this being a natural end point for it. I wonder if it will end with this season or if there’ll be one more.
My Hero Academia is as good as classic shonen gets for me. I absolutely adore it. I'm excited to catch up when it's finished. I hope Horikoshi comes out with something new after.
He’s talked about wanting to do a horror manga. So if he goes through with that, that will probably be insane because that’s where his art shines imo
Attack on Titan, Delicious in Dungeon-- why are Japanese localizers so afraid of plural nouns and the word "the"
I also should have stated it in a way that was kinder, more thoughtful and with more explanation, my apologies.
I can explain Delicious in Dungeon - The original title, Dungeon Meshi, translates pretty much 1:1 to Dungeon Food. Not exactly the most riveting title. So they decided to go for something that could be abbreviated to DinD, which is a bit more understandable for a western viewer and gives us an idea of what sort of series it'll be. Not a fan of it myself but I can understand it.
I wonder if they save Crocodile for season 3 and do a tease for him at the end like they did for smoker.
They got Dastmalchian for the live action? heck, maybe I need to check this out now i never watched/read MHA so don't feel any sort of way about it ending but five chapters in five weeks? i've been following American comics for so long I forgot manga was weekly i guess
Eh, it depends on the manga. One Piece does every week, but then takes a break usually every two weeks. And Black Clover is only like 4 times per year now.
There’s also monthly releases like Dragon Ball Super, Boruto, and Gokuragukai. Then Kaiju No. 8 is every two weeks with a break after several chapters. That’s a weird one
