Oshi no Ko Manga Gets Live-Action Film, TV Show on Amazon Prime Globally Worth it just to see how they handle the “scheming babies” chunk of the story. also just based off those headshots, the costumes look cheap as hell
Speaking of isakei…this one looks interesting. Three episodes so far and the first is double length. I plan on checking it out soon.
Another anime roundup for the last week or so: Solo Leveling - already spoke about this one in here, but I’ll just reiterate that this is off to a great start and this was one of my most anticipated. I only read a 1/4 of the manhwa and it was awhile ago, so I might just restart it soon. Banished from the Hero’s Party… - I binged the first season and watched the premiere of S2. I really enjoy this one. It’s just a nice chill semi-adventure show. And it’s nice to have a romance in an anime that isn’t drawn out for seasons. Tsukimichi Moonlit Fantasy - This one is an isekai and it’s not really anything that would win over people sick of the genre. But I binged the first season and have the S2 premiere waiting for me. Not that it’s bad, I actually quite enjoy it, but it’s probably my least favorite from this list. Tales of Wedding Rings - I wasn’t expecting much from this because the reactions online aren’t that great, but the plot sounded interesting to me. I really liked the first episode and I’m curious where this one will go. Warning though that there is uncensored nudity, which I was not expecting going into it. The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic - Another isekai, but I think I already like this one’s premise more than Tsukimichi so I’m expecting to like this more. That said, I don’t think the premiere really gave you enough to get you hooked because everything going on is extremely vague. I think a longer premiere would’ve been preferable for this one. I’m excited for more though. Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury - I’m not really binging this one so I’m only halfway through, but it’s quite good. I don’t think it’s as good as Iron-Blooded Orphans so far, which is one of my favorite Gundams, but I’m glad they’re still killing it with these series. I have absolutely no clue what the fuck is going on with the politics in this show though. But maybe I’m just dumb. Lol Bonus manga thought: I read the leaks for the next chapter of MHA and it looks like the end game has officially been set up, so I guess I have to finally come to terms with this series ending fairly soon.
It’s wild that Frieren started as a peaceful, meditative journey and is currently in a full blown shonen tournament arc
love when the main character just gives it all up to go stupid berserk on the enemy And they get that creepy smile it’s beauty
Why do people always upload anime at 60fps on youtube when it's not animated at that framerate. it looks bad
I've never noticed this, but then again I might not be the kind of person who would notice. Can you provide an example?
Yeah, that does look really off. I've never watched that channel and most clips I watch are of comedies, romcoms, and SOLs, so maybe that's why I've never encountered this.
Same, but I wanted to show my friend some JJK fights and almost all of them are 60fps, and I've noticed that with most action scenes uploaded to youtube.
Since classic anime are starting to get remakes, they should redo Berserk from the start, but without that ugly CG bullshit the last series tried.
Finally got around to Zom 100, really fun show. Hope we get another season, but I’m sure the production issues of season 1 aren’t helping
Highly recommend everyone check out “Bucchigiri?!”. It’s a new original anime from MAPPA and it’s pretty damn good so far. But also fuck MAPPA
Fuck Crunchyroll, he says, still not having forgiven them for shutting down Princess Connect Re:Dive Global.
