Tru It is probably my favorite if I had to pick one but it's also one I have a super hard time recommending to people because it starts so slow. Same thing with Ergo Proxy. I don't blame anyone for dropping either early on because I get that not everyone has the attention span for them
I signed up for HIDIVE to check out some stuff I'm missing out on, plowed through Insomniacs After School in 2 sittings, it's great. One of the best romance anime's I've seen in a long time, if you're into that sort of thing. Gona start Oshi No Ko next. It has a crazy high rating despite the premise sounding very goofy. Also the first episode is 90 minutes, I don't think I've seen that done before.
Today I learned that Josh Grelle, English voice actor for a ton of harem protagonists, including those from Date A Live, Infinite Stratos, High School DxD, The Quintessential Quintuplets, and Majikoi, among several other major roles, came out earlier this year as transgender, and goes by Jessie James Grelle now. Good for them.
