I told myself I take a small break from anime and now I’m like seasons behind on a bunch of anime lmao

 

I have read all of Tiny Senpai thus far and coincidentally rated it an 8 online. It is a very standard, but very cute manga. I am not surprised people thought the first episode is "boring". I can't imagine it will blow anyone out of the water, but unless they just royally screw it up the anime should be fun.

Also yes to Masa Rev, Horimiya, Jobless and Vending Machine. Far from an empty season with those alone.

 

Gotcha, maybe I won’t completely ignore it just yet then. Or maybe I’ll skip the anime adaptation and go read the manga haha. Always down for a cuter romcom.

Masamune is one I’ve never been sure about. The premise has me iffy on the show itself tbh.

I’ve seen Castle in the Sky and Nausicaa. I would say Nausicaa, but CitS is also really good and underrated.

 

I'd go porco > wind > laputa > Nausicaa

but they're all some of the best movies ever made

 

They're all fantastic but I think the order you put them in is the same way I'd rank them

I went to Tekko (Pittsburgh’s anime convention) as a teen and it was kind of fun. I actually considered going this year but I’ll be out of town. It will not be like that

Not sure I could ever go to a convention. Just too much for me.

 

The culture con we have here in SLC every year is not THAT crowded. Wow. We actually have quite a few anime voice actors showing up this year. The cast of My Hero Academia and Chainsaw Man, and some others.

 

I went to Michigan’s first Youmacon when I was in sixth grade (06). My brother tells me what it’s like now and it’s pretty much a big rave.

Haven't watched this anime yet, but apparently a new season of Black Butler was announced. The last season came out in 2014.

Just goes to show, anime can happen at any time, anywhere, without warning.

No Game No Life fans continue to wait patiently in the cold winter snow.

 

I couldn't even make it past the first episode of that series, but I do find that whole sect of people who are like "this shit is insufferably bad. I've read the whole manga and continue to do so and I hate it" kind of hilarious

 

I just want them to become an official couple already because it's getting so excruciatingly frustrating that they won't commit. They've had so many chances already and they just keep Blink-182ing edging it.

 

I like the new poster.

 

The manga is fucking atrocious and it's just filled with dumb decisions and horribly unlikable characters.
