Trigun Stampede Anime Teases 'Final Phase' Coming Soon I haven’t watched the new show, so I was surprised to learn that it's not a remake at all, but a reimagined prequel, taking characters like Meryl and Wolfwood and making them part of the July Incident. That said, I wonder if this "final phase" will be a legit reimagined Trigun or just lead directly into it.
I’ve never read a light novel, but I want to read the RE:Zero books. Anyone read light novels how do they compare to American young adult novels?
I’m not going to link alllll the news, but Anime Corner News is a good source for all the things announced today. Here are the big ones: MHA season 7 confirmed JJK season 2 trailer Mushoku Tensei season 2 trailer Blue Lock season 2 trailer Trigun Stampede sequel Mashle trailer Ruroni Kenshin trailer RE Zero season 3 teaser Black Clover movie trailer, release date in June
Finished episode 16 of To Your Eternity and I love how Fushi's all like I don't wanna kill and killing is bad and no one deserves to die and blah blah blah, and as soon as Hayase shows up and confirms she killed Parona, he's like I'll kill you, no ifs, ands, or buts.
I was quite surprised with Higehiro: After Being Rejected, I Shaved and Took in a High School Runaway. I wasn’t expecting much but the story really drew me in after several episodes.
I still need to go back and finish Nana at some point. I really liked what I saw of it but unfortunately got sidetracked by personal life matters
I have one more episode of To Your Eternity's first season, and then I'll have the second season. I had intended to watch Your Lie In April finally after finishing this, but it's emotionally wrecking me and I already know Your Lie In April will do the same, so I'm putting it off again. To that end, I've chosen four more series using my random selector: Sayonara, Zetsubou Sensei Moriarty The Patriot So I'm A Spider, So What? and... (drumroll)... Vase's favorite anime, To Love-Ru. Ecch-A-Sketch, ahoy!
Episode 2x09 of Vinland Saga is a 10/10. Bleak, dark, and extremely graphic, but the character development and writing are blowing me away. They really spent a whole episode on a dream and made it work.
I'm through episode 12 and you're not wrong at all. Very slow burn compared to S1 but I'm loving the extra time they've taken to develop the characters. And when there is a legit moment of action the tension has me on the edge of my seat.
Not sure if you was directly saying that to my post about Higehiro but I agree with the finally two episodes. The ending felt very abrupt.
Yeah, and also wasn't wild about the whole show being him refusing her sexually, developing a nice friendly/familial relationship only to be like "oh wait your 18 now? we actually should fuck". Just kind of creepy
Yeah I completely had the same reaction with the ending as you. I wish there had been more to gap it’s like bye, visualised ending credits of the last two years and then bam she’s back with him.
To Your Eternity Season 2 Episode 19 is one of the most emotionally triumphant payoffs I have seen in an entertainment art form.
