The Masterful Cat Is Depressed Again Today Anime Reveals Cast, Staff, July Debut I'm really looking forward to this.
You’re slipping up, post-Wano it’s very clear that it’s at the beginning of the end game. Starting the process of bringing a lot of big pieces together
Post-Wano has been a nonstop thrill ride, but I definitely miss catching up and just being able to tap into the next chapter when a cliffhanger came up. It's been rough waiting for each new chapter to release when they keep dangling exciting new subplots in front of me with no indication of when we'll hear more about them.
is that just 3 episodes spliced together into a movie with the last one being episode 1 of the upcoming season?
That’s exactly what it is but it’s being listed as 1 hour and 50 minutes in length so idk how it’s just 3 episodes
That is a canon arc, and it's twice as long as the mugen train arc, which was similarly made into a movie and then given a more fleshed out adaptation in the tv show. Edit: oh but wait yeah from that trailer it's clearly mostly just the brief transition scene between arcs. Odd, it's literally just a single multi-chapter "scene" in the comic
“Part 3 (Part 1)” is like a parody of how this rollout has been lol. They really should have just taken their time and released it all at once
Honestly wish Wit Studio kept making AoT, probably an unpopular opinion but I think the show looked a lot better before MAPPA
Lolol. From what I read it's gonna be two parts. Two episodes, but the episodes are at least an hour long. So wee still getting some good content. Having never read the manga and staying spoiler-free I'm super excited.
The thing I don’t get is why drag it on so dang long I remember I got all ready for the new season and then when I heard it wasn’t the end I got annoyed so now I literally don’t even remember much and I’ll have to watch recap everything
Also, a reminder that Rascal is happening. Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out Sequel Anime Film to Open This Summer
WIT made AOT and Vinland Saga and they were insanely popular series in the industry…but now MAPPA is going the current seasons for both. Why?
Maybe WIT was too busy with Spy x Family and other projects. I wouldn't take a different studio doing the sequel seasons as being a sign of a lack of confidence, but more evidence that the anime industry is overworked and it's just about who is available. That's my take anyway.
Yeah I think the fact this season has explored a lot more of the MHA world has really helped the development. It really is hitting its stride right now.
I don’t get how you can simultaneously enjoy MHA enough to get all the way to season 6 and then think that it isn’t one of if not the best season so far lol
