Been loving Chainsaw Man so much that I ended up going back to watch JJK which I forgot to finish forever ago and now I'm going to try to do a full watch (skipping filler stuff) of Bleach since I've never seen it. Also really looking forward to checking out the '97 Berserk when that drops in a couple weeks.

 

Chainsaw Man is awesome and everything but I hope people aren't sleeping on the true anime of the season, Bocchi the Rock

(genuinely, it's really funny and the animation is great)

 

i keep thinkig about the animation when denji jumps into the eternity devil, perfectly made.

 

Maaan, Bleach has been killing it with this new season. 7 eps in and this already feels better than the manga arc which suffered massively from Tite Kubo not being in the best of places. I feel he has really found his groove again recently. Firstly with this being a much better service anime and the overall style is so fresh (the art and soundtrack here are both killer!). But by also showing us the OG Gotei 13 after the initial tease 10 years ago. Tite is just playing with us at this point with the much rumoured hell arc on the cards.

 

The little changes/additions to the new Bleach are so good. Like how in the manga it was just Ichigo bursting through to the soul society, but in the new ep they go POV mode and have him one-shot one of the SternRitter before the dude even knows what’s happening lol

 

CSM censoring the vomit kiss….cowards, absolute cowards

 

That scene was repulsive, so I looked up the manga version and oooof.

I totally forgot about that scene. Denji’s swallow made me die of laughing.

 

the ED for this episode was actually top tier and I need more of it

 

It’s truly crazy how chainsaw man and my hero academia have had me at the edge of my seat

and I haven’t even started watching spy x family or mob psycho 100

plus Jojo coming back next week

half the joy of watching CSM for me is from watching how they've adapted the manga so beautifully, the other half is from reading the comments from first timers

 

everything about chainsaw man is so cinematic and so perfect GODDAMN

 

it’s exactly why I wanted to wait and binge it

 

I can’t believe I get to watch this show right now like it’s truly amazing

 

what a time to be alive

 

worth having to deal with the bad seasons of my hero and the final final final attack on titan season for this

 

To be fair, the previous My Hero season was bad, but this season is a thousand times better.
