I think the beginning is some of the best stuff so I'd say if you don't like it by now move on.

 

The back half of the Soul Society rescue mission arc is when it really gets good imo. Big fights, big twists

 

That's the best part of the manga but I can't see anyone really getting into it that much if they don't like the first 10 volumes.

 

renji vs ichigo has been very good

 

well yeah if you like that then you got some great shit coming up soon.

 

i guess i just didn't like the first like, 70 chapters at all. a real slog but once they actually got into the soul society it picked up a bit.

 

iirc the anime was much better sans filler

 

Pretty much the best thing about Bleach to me is Tite Kubo's artwork. The anime never really captured it well enough for me.

 

bleach is the ultimqte style over substance series which i say as a compliment. soul society arc definitely has the best plot but i love the whole series from a visual standpoint.

thousand year war arc was pretty cool too, but it was obvious kubo was rushed and didnt get to do what he wanted with it. the anime apparently rectifies that and the trailers look amazing so far.

 

My Dress Up Darling got renewed for a second season

 

I meant to mention this earlier, but Girlfriend, Girlfriend got renewed for a second season too.

A shame Vase isn't here, I'm sure he'd appreciate the news.

 

I finished Fena: Pirate Princess, and I really liked it! Very fun, although I feel like the last episode was almost unnecessary and a little out of nowhere. It ended well though, so I guess I'm cool with it.

Next I'll watch Guilty Crown.

 

I’m not the biggest One Piece fan or anything but the animation for the past couple months has been pretty unbelievable. Like consistently movie/seasonal-show level of quality work for a show with a whole new ep every single week, and given how much longer this arc is they’re definitely going to keep it up for basically the whole next year. No idea how they’re pulling this off, like they must have budgeted for so many more writers than normal or something

Cyberpunk Edgerunners is fantastic as expected.

 

so chainsam man first cour will probably cover until katana devil since we saw scenes from it in the og trailer. hopefully wont be too long a wait for the second, but given how full mappa's plate is im not sure when to expect it.

also really cool that theyre doing different endings (as in like ending songs) for all 12 episodes.

Man I cannot stop telling people how much they should watch Cyberpunk edgerunners. I have never had a remote interest in playing the game, but goddamn this anime was so fugging good.

 

how we really getting to have chainsaw man, mob psycho and spy x family all coming on at the same time

 

plus bleach, and mha, and golden kamuy, and to your eternity, and the new urusei yarsura adaptation, and a new gundam series. just a wild season.

I started watching My Bride is a Mermaid and I don't think I've ever seen a show this chaotic. Really dumb, I'm enjoying it

 

It's stupid fun. I enjoyed it when I watched it. The episode with the two dads attempting to understand moe is seared into my brain.

 

I'm only 4 episodes in and I haven't seen that yet, but I am excited
