On episode 6 of My Love Story and it's so heartwarming. Takeo and Yamato are super adorable. So glad they confessed to each other in episode 3, cause it would have been annoying if they stretched Takeo's misunderstanding of Yamato's feelings any further. Now it's just all about the feels. Also, in this last episode, Yamato has the most adorable trip-and-fall I've seen in some time. It's just so abrupt. It's great.
someone please suggest an anime to watch at work. first anime suggested that I haven't seen I will watch regardless of the genre. many thanks
god i wish, my local anime convention (Anime North) is in a few weeks so i'm doing the full weekend for that
i'll be cosplaying at ax this year as a trans woman for the first time! i always felt awkward "crossdressing" before so i never did so in public. nothing too fancy, just stuff i threw together. planned cosplays: harley quinn, vi (arcane), asami (tlok), marcy (adventure time). very gay but very much not anime haha
nice! Make sure to post pics. This year I'm cosplaying Wakana Gojo from My Dress Up Darling and Okabe Rintaro from Steins;Gate
Here’s a Switch game that’s just announced with characters from anime: SpyxFamily, Kaiju No 8, Heart Gear, Hell’s Paradise, Summertime Rendering, Death Reaper Girl, Slime, and I think one more
cant wait for heart gear to come back from hiatus. in other manga news, saint seiya is now available in its entirety on the jump app, which kindles some hope for me that theyll reprint the volumes physically. and mangaplus has announced that starting next year all jump+ series will be translated and simulpubed.
Continuing my watch of My Love Story, and holy shit, if I didn't already have diabetes, I would develop it from watching this couple. They're too fucking adorable. Also, props for Suna being a real bro to Takeo and characterized as a genuinely nice person who wants his friend to be happy. He's got the whole cold bishonen thing going on the surface, but dude's got layers.
When I finish My Love Story, I'll still have Edens Zero to watch, as well as remaining seasons of Aggretsuko. That being said, I've decided to spin my RNG wheel and add four more series to my plate. The winners are: The Fruit Of Grisaia, Dr. Ramune: Mysterious Disease Specialist, Ladies versus Butlers, and Toilet-bound Hanako-kun. Grisaia especially has been on my list for quite some time now, so I'm excited to mark that off my list.
I think that's what I love about anime. It doesn't matter how long it's been since a show ended, a new season can happen at any time without warning.
Yeah I just saw theres a new Urusei Yatsura season coming this year. I think it’s been like 20 years since the last one
People are suspecting this might be a prequel to the original anime, at least at first, since that would explain some discrepancies like the hair and the size of the bounty. Also, the only cast announced so far is for Vash, Knives, and Rem, which adds fuel to the speculation. I think it looks good. Having only seen the original Trigun recently, I'm intrigued by how this might add to or reinterpret the adaptation.
