Yeah, but it's not airing on Crunchyroll, just Funimation which is such a fucking terrible app. That's just forcing people who watched season 1 to pay for a sub to Funimation now.

This acquisition sucks.

 

i just realized it’s a Crunchyroll tweet saying streaming on funimation and not on their app god I hope they clear it up soon

 

They said in their press release on their site that the first season is available on Crunchyroll but that the second season would be streaming on Funimation.

 

damn that’s a real pain especially because everyone hope they just join together not this separate bullshit

 

Crunchyroll should have absorbed Funi, not the other way around.

 

Yep, the main reason I got a Funimation account. But I also realized a lot of classics I haven’t seen that are on Hulu and not Crunchyroll are on there too.

I binged Vivy the other day. An android goes back in time to stop a war between humans and AI. She’s a singer and the songs she sings are awesome. It’s from the studio that made AoT 1-3.

 

It's weird to me that they would make such a lifeless animation as a conscious design choice.

 

that manga deserves better I agree

 

The hilarious part is I know JC Staff has detractors who think they use still images and cut corners way too much in their animation, and I actually haven't really noticed it because I'm a filthy plebeian, but it's like they took that feedback and decided to use this anime in particular to take it to its most logical conclusion.

 

Netflix isn’t paying for high quality anime they pay just to get it out

 

Reading some Beastars and I’m really digging it. The world building is fantastic and Legoshi is a really great main character

The latest MHA episode is insane. We already knew his origin, but seeing it played out was depressing af.

 

I ended up dropping Slime season two. Season one was awesome, but they are throwing everything at the wall and nothing is sticking.
Tokyo Revengers season one just ended and the show really grew on me. The manga is still going, but they haven’t announced season two yet.
Fena: Pirate Princess is blowing me away. The animation is stellar. I read it’s only 12 episodes and idk if it’s getting more. We’re already on episode seven.

 

Was initially very annoyed by MHA that they switched around MVA and Endeavor agency arcs, but MVA really did work much better as a way to finish off the season and leave you with such an intense sense of dread for next season lol
