My favorite horror anything ever is getting an anime series. Uzumaki Anime Scheduled for October 2022 in New Teaser
The clips they've released look so good, still worried how they'll pull off telling the story with only 4 episodes
Looks like MHA is switching around the order of the next two arcs. So they’re starting the (relatively short) Endeavor agency arc now
About 38 chapters into the Death Note manga (never watched the anime) and it really does hook you. L and Light are perfect enemies and I also really like the dynamic of Light and Ryuk, they've definitely made me laugh a few times.
I'm at the Yotsuba arc rn so it's gotten a bit slow as I don't find them very interesting, hopefully it picks up again after it!
Also ordered Uzumaki and Gyo and hopefully will be able to pick them up tomorrow! I'm excited to read them both
I've been watching Non Non Biyori and it's filling that Ted Lasso "incredibly wholesome and super funny" hole in my heart. I'm sad I only have 12 more episodes to go
I started watching the series and got through the first episode but stopped because they cut out a great joke from the manga and haven't gone back haha.
I haven't read any of the manga but highly suggest you give it another shot. The first two seasons are the same time period (Non Non Biyori Repeat quite literally is a "repeat" of the first season. Totally different stories but takes place at the same time) so maybe they'll fit that joke in another episode, I'm not sure how they adapted the manga between the two.
worth noting that it's just an 8 page manga to celebrate the release of the movie in Japan, not a full length book...but that still rules.
