I had a good talk with Matt and he said that the new album is fully done. They are currently trying to figure out which label to release it on.

 

I can't wait for their Audiotree live session tomorrow. I hope they play a few new songs. Also Sai will be with them so full band gonna be great!

They were good when i saw them but this is even better. Full band > Three piece

they are one of the best live bands
they need to get on some big tour and blow everyone away

 

I loooove Audiotree live. Really cool that they do mini interviews in between songs.

 

audiotree was always good and they became amazing when they starting putting everything up on streaming sites

 

Finished recording the new album in March and it's heavier sounding like Cathedrals. GET HYPED.

 

They did tell me it would be a while before it would be out though, could even be out next year instead of this year. I'm not expecting it this year anymore.

That would be really sad. Hopefully it's out in the fall.

 

If it's for the best for the band because they get someone really passionate about growing their band and getting them on the necessary tours to make them huge to put it out, I could stand waiting a few more months to get the record.

 

they'll prob get on tours too, can't imagine that once they get a lil bit bigger greg won't be doing booking for them

 

Sucks that it could take that long but it'll be worth it if they use that time to build some hype. Get a good label to release it and open for a bigger band (they'd be a perfect for a Manchester Orchestra tour).

 

That was real tight but sadly no new songs :(

 

Cathedrals is massive in this session. If the next album has more of these heavy moments I am going to be a very happy guy.

 

I wonder what label would be a good fit for them. Personally I think Run for Cover could be a really good fit.

I hope whoever they choose, they back them up properly and promote the album enough. They definitely deserve a good rollout
