Saw you dudes in Berkeley about a year ago. Was a fucking experience. Can’t wait to see what this album opens up for all of you. Keep killing it.
omg that was a blast!! i grew up in the bay (palo alto) and grew up idolizing gilman and how many legendary acts got started/played there often, and getting a chance to be there was surreal to say the least, those two bay shows still feel like dreams tbh!!
I would just like to say skip ATL and come party in Athens (and also I’m very much looking forward to the new album)
never been to athens!! we're doing some routing for the summer, hmu in the dms about athens! idk, do dms work here? what's going on. i am new. feel free to add me on fb or whatever too if that's easier!
Like I told Matt today on fb Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Syracuse, Buffalo or Rochester would be real nice! Would love to see you guys again! And you this time since you weren't at the Ottawa date last time.
I’ll echo the “Fair” adoration in here and also say that this album is way more “Sensation” than “Cathedrals” which is exactly what I was hoping for.
fair is prob my favorite on here too. candace reminds me of something but i can't put my finger on it, ugh also, there's going to be another single for this soon
i don't know what it is i just know when what the hell although i can see that, i'm a sucker for a catchy alt rock song like that though. this record is entirely weirder than that
My b my post was in reference to this from page one. It’s not an album full of Cathedrals-type 10 minute rock epics. It’s more “Sensation” in the sense that the songs are shorter, mostly follow verse-chorus structure, and it’s way more accessible than LP imo. Nothing on here is as poppy as Sensation is.
