eh definitely worth it for me, the location my house is in currently is booty. i kinda just plopped it on the map when i started, lol.
I kinda like my spot next to my pond, but yeah, basically have no backyard because the river is behind me. Might make more fiscal sense to eventually terraform the river to flow a bit further from my house.
