Was just about to ask this as well. I've seen coconut and bamboo at islands, but it's overwhelmingly been my native fruit (apples).

 

How did you put a pond next to your house?

 

My map had one naturally and I put my tent there at the start

If I had to guess based on my own experience I’d say there’s probably a 75% chance you get a “normal” island. And then on that normal island there’s a 75% chance or more that it’s your native fruit.

Who knows though.

 

So are we not going to talk about the wind in this game? Seeing and hearing the trees move in the wind is so beautiful. It is a small detail but super cool that they added it

Why doesn’t this game have bulk crafting fucking hell

 

This is the number one thing I want in a patch, without a doubt. Insane that this is the only way to make fish bait. One at a time.

 

Bulk crafting and not repeating the same god damn phrase every time i dig up a clam or catch a fish

 

I made out with 168K, I took a few things I didn’t really want to drop.

 

There are so many tiny things that the game doesn't do that seem so obvious to me. For example, making it so you can buy island tickets at the airport instead of having to do it as Res Services. Or making it so you can set a specific kind of tool in a specific spot on your wheel, so that you don't have to relearn the location of it when you lose several at once

 

You can do the tool ring thing, if you remove items from the ring, then make them favorites from the bag you can set the position
